A Sheboygan native who danced for North High School, then went on to dance for the NBA's Milwaukee Bucks. Now a nationally acclaimed choreographer, after opening the Dollhouse in 2013.
Studied to become an eltie dancer at E'Tude Dance School for the Arts. Recipient of the Ruth Deyoung Scholarship for Dance. Classically trained, with over fifteen years of dance experience in ballet, hip-hop, & jazz. From Sheboygan, Wisconsin, and a member of the Dollhouse staff since the doors first opened in 2013. Ms. Betsy serves as both a teacher and mentor to all of the students.
At the age of 3, Ms. Kayla began her lifelong passion for dancing in her hometown of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. In 2006, she ended her amature career with a Hip Hop State Championship for the WACPC.
From there, she catapulted into a professional dance career with the NBA for the Milwaukee Bucks dance team. In 2008, she was selected to the NBA's international games dance team, traveling abroad with other select dancers to represent the NBA. Throughout the subsequent years as both a dancer and choreographer, she has worked with and trained from Usher, Tabitha, Napoleon D’umo, Darren Henson, Laura Edwards, and many more well-known dance artists and choreographers. At the age of 24, she founded the Dollhouse Dance Factory in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where she now developes competitive dance groups to compete in national and global competitions.
